If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees and shipping costs in resending the order, if applicable.

Kindly note that the El Shoppo collection features one-of-a-kind products that are completely made by hand. Each piece is unique. Minor differences in size, shape, color, and finishing are to be expected and highlight the inherent natural beauty of our products.
