For orders within the continental US, we ship via UPS. Orders are shipped 3 to 5 days after the order is received with typical delivery time between 5 to 10 days. Please note that, orders received after 5pm EST on Friday through Sunday evening will ship out the following Monday. For orders to ship outside the continental US, please email us at shop@elshoppo.com. Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow along on your package’s journey!
Kindly note that the El Shoppo collection features one-of-a-kind products that are completely made by hand. Each piece is unique. Minor differences in size, shape, color, and finishing are to be expected and highlight the inherent natural beauty of our products. Due to our small size and limited inventory, we do not accept returns at this time.
